Thanksgiving 08

This year we went camping to Lucerene Valley, CA it is sometimes referenced as Johnson Valley.


The Turkey was a great success I cooked it in an electric roaster oven it came out perfect.


The rest of the weekend was spent finding crystals, hunting, riding, site seeing and taking lots of photos.

We even found a pig roaming amongst the desert! We tried to keep him but we went out on a ride and when we returned he was gone we think the owners of him rightfully came to claim him back.

It was a beautiful trip I had alot of time to read I am reading Wonderful Tonight by Pattie Boyd, it is such a good book I am almost done with it.
